We are looking to add Sales Reps. for our Home improvement sales department. who have the stamina and drive to meet, educate, and entertain customers from start to finish, all while upholding our reputation for unbeatable customer service. This position will require a sales-driven personality with exceptional organization and time management skills. Someone with experience in home improvement Sales, Business Development, and/or Commission Based Sales is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right person.

- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Daily Responsibilities:
- Insulation labs will provide you with up to 3 leads daily!
- You will be responsible for inspecting and measuring homeowners’ properties
- Isolating problem areas
- Creating correctly priced proposals
- Educating clients on the indoor comfort and energy efficiency services we offer.
- Signing clients on contracts for the identified needed work
- Transitioning projects to the production team
- Ongoing communication with clients and upselling additional services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a salesperson mentality
- Great personality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Persuasive communicator
- Must be extremely organized
- Experience in construction industries or home improvement is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation (own car & valid driver’s license)
- Basic computer skills
- Able to communicate via email
- Fluent in English
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years experience in sales
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
