Seeking motivated & goal-oriented construction estimator to join our new construction sales team. Ideal candidates are seeking to maintain a career in this industry, are capable of managing a portfolio of accounts, and can effectively maintain our business in their designated sales territory.
This position requires exceptional organization and time management skills. Someone with experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, Construction Estimation, and/or Commission Based Sales is a plus, however we are willing to train the right person.
Insulation Labs offers base salary with uncapped commission and we reward success! We provide a cell phone, laptop, company vehicle, and gas card.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building your own sales territory
- Acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base
- Building & maintaining relationships with contractors and developers

- Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of customers
- Ability to meet and exceed sales plans
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic and inner drive to continually acquire new clients
- Demonstrates the art of influencing, selling, and relationship building
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintaining proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software
Representative Education/Experience:
- 3+ years experience in sales/customer service
High School graduate
Schedule: Shifts start at 6 AM and end when job is completed, over-time is required. Monday through Saturday.
Pay: Commission, stipend, and perks. Base pay depends on Experience.
