Insulation Lab is amazing! They not only did what they said they would, but did more! Everyone was professional and the crew left a clean area taking all debris with them. PLUS, they did the job in one day. If you need your insulation replaced or just require an inspection, give them a call - you will be treated well and with complete honesty. They are only interested in providing you with the best results. We are very happy with insulation labs, doing insulation in the attic. The two workers who came were on time, did a great job and were very clean and efficient. When they left there was not one thing out of place, and we didn’t have to clean anything up after them. Thank you!Isaias completed some amazing insulation work for our home. Radiant barrier, attic fan and fixed all my broken soffit vents.Verified
Michael and Julio were great with communication and scheduling the additional gutters I requested to be added to the back of my home. Michael answered all of my questions and provided great additional recommendations with no added pressure to make a decision. They were able to complete the job in one day - if not a matter of hours and the gutters blend seamlessly with the exterior of our home.Leo and his crew were very professional and were able to finish installing the new insulation in my attic within the scheduled time.Insulation Labs was recommended by my HVAC company (Titan Air Conditioning, Inc.) to completely overhaul my attic & perform an "Attic Cleanup Bundle." After discovering some of my duct connections were wrapped in asbestos, a specialized asbestos abatement company was hired to remove the asbestos & everything in contact with it. After that was completed, Insulation Labs was hired to: Remove all of the old blown-in insulation (with a giant vacuum); sanitize the attic; Air Seal any openings into the attic including any electrical wiring or fixtures (ceiling lights, attic fans & plumbing/HVAC pipes or runs). Also included was Rodent Exclusion (performed by a pest control company) - sealing up any places that allowed entrance or exit into or out of the attic. And finally, Installing R38 roll-in fiberglass insulation (cut to fit inside of the rafters). The entire crew (up to 6 or 8 individuals) were AWESOME! Especially Victor & Domingo! They were constantly giving me updates & progress reports on what was happening, & if I asked a question, they would stop what they were doing & give me their full undivided attention, completely explaining things, & then make sure my question was answered, & then inquire if I had any more questions! They were amazing & top notch individuals - representing your company with honor & distinction, & reassuring me that you were definitely the right company for the job! THANK YOU for employing such wonderful & professional people!Very thorough, outstanding work, and a very hard working crew!Excellent, professional experience from beginning to end. We worked with Insulation Labs on both attic insulation and air duct replacement. The initial discussions and walk through with their team were very structured and organized, and the team rep Joe did a stellar job talking us through the process and what was needed, in detail that was clear and precise. And they had competitive, good pricing, which I compared against other bids. From there, the team was great, setting up things professionally and quickly with Julio, their PM. Very communicative and helpful, and Charlene on their team was fast and meticulous about sorting things out with us and the needed paperwork. The team that came and worked for two days was incredible. Armando and his team communicative, professional, and very thorough. They prepped our house really well, cleaned out the old attic insulation in a really systematic and organized way, and dealt with anything that came up with a great attitude and thoughtful solutions. They coordinated well with their team offsite and I received proactive comms from all of them along the way. They also took the time to show us progress along the way and explain everything. Honestly, we have had different companies come work on the house since we moved here and Insulation Labs were by far the most professional, hard-working, and high quality. We really appreciated this trustworthy and reliable team and strongly recommend them.I’m happy with Insulation Labs service… Very professional service, covered the work area very well to make sure they don’t damage my house and also my family and I not to get exposed to insulation particles.Thank you for the great service. The insulation was installed professionally, the crew was friendly and efficient, and I’m very happy with the results. I appreciate the excellent work.I hired Insulation Labs to insulate my whole attic. The entire process was smooth and the crew showed up on time. They texted me ~30 minutes before arriving and set up their barriers promptly before starting any work. It took several hours but they still finished relatively early in the day and communicated with me the whole time.I had Insulation Labs replace the insulation and ducts in our attic, as well as repair some issues on the roof. I was on a tight deadline to get a bunch of work done before moving my family into our new home, and they worked within our schedule to get it all done on time! They were very upfront and communicative about all of the work required as it spanned multiple days. Great service.Insulation Labs is a good company, you will get more services for your attic insulation with a cheaper price compared to other companies that I had requested for quotes. - Jon, the company's rep showed up on time and gave me a detail quote, he was honest, no gimmick type of guy and all services prices were clearly listed. It was A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. - Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't go through with this company, however, I would highly recommend them to everyone.Insulation Labs is a good company, you will get more services for your attic insulation with a cheaper price compared to other companies that I had requested for quotes. - Jon, the company's rep showed up on time and gave me a detail quote, all services prices were clearly listed and it was A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. - Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't go through with this company, however, I would highly recommend them to everyone.Verified
The crew were friendly, Armando answered questions and showed knowledge in his workI had a great experience with this insulation company from start to finish. From signing the contract to full completion of the work took less than two weeks, and they even delivered a finaled permit without me having to chase anything down. They handled the entire permitting process and scheduling on their end, which made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of the home. Everything was completed on time, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. I also want to specifically call out Michael, the salesperson, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He made sure everything stayed on track and answered all my questions clearly. Overall, I would absolutely work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for insulation work done right and done fast.I had a great experience with this insulation company from start to finish. This made it much easier and more convenient for my elderly mother. Leo’s thoughtful consideration in leaving ample space ensured that she could move freely between the work area and her bedroom, despite the proximity of the work area attic. This arrangement significantly reduced her stress and anxiety about the tasks at hand. The team worked diligently and successfully completed the job on time.We hired Insulation Labs for a full attic insulation project. Removal and replacement, air sealing, and rodent proofing. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and thorough. They showed up when they said they would, worked cleanly, and clearly knew what they were doing. You could tell they weren't cutting corners, every detail was addressed. Highly recommend Insulation Labs to anyone looking for quality work done right.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Angie's List.
Very professional. Very clean with their plastic and taping.kian did asbestos removal and insulation replacement, such an amazing and clean job, would definitely recommend his services. He’s honest and gets the job done!A truly first class operation. Beginning with the Sales Rep., Jon-Michael, then the crew, headed by Domingo, the work was correctly quoted, delivered right on schedule, with a very high degree of professionalism, thoughtful courtesy and results. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Would highly recommend. Mark L. - Lake ForestCrew showed up on time. Put up radiant barriers then installed insulation. Left the insulation back from soffit vents (not all installers do) and cleaned up. Job looks good after getting up in thereCarlos and the crew were a pleasure to have here for two days in row. Glad I was able to keep the same crew. Clean and professional. Arrived on time. If I had to do again I’d have Carlos and his crew again anytime. Thanks guys.Insulation Labs got us in the next day (!!) and did a great job, staying late to finish everything. From start to finish, excellent to work with. Highly recommend!Armando and his team did a fabulous job. They were on time, friendly and very professional. They removed all the old insulation, cleaned it out thoroughly, put in a radiant barrier, replaced all the ductwork and insulated everything. They also sealed the attic and cleaned up great after completing the work. I highly recommend Insulation Labs for your house!Carlo’s team did an excellent work in preparing, cleaning and installing the new insulation. They finished the work per their estimated time, very efficient and good quality. The crew arrived early, very friendly and professional, did exalent work, im very pleased with all aspects from the first phone call for service to the work being performed. I would recommend insulation labs to anyone looking to insulate or HVAC service.Sprayed closed cell foam, professional, fast, 2 day all done 2,600 sq ft value accept credit cardThe insulation in my crawlspace under the house was consistently wet and after getting plumber to come out to confirm there's no pipe leak, I decided to ask ChatGPT, it told me that prolonged wet insulation will create problems long time and that I should install something like a vapor barrier. I found insulation labs and Ray came out for an estimate. He told me the same thing as ChatGPT did so it confirmed my suspicions. His quote was definitely on the expensive side compare to a competitors quote but he did mention that his quote is expensive because they use 12mm thick vapor barriers which is more resistant. The other competitor quoted me around half the price but for 6mm barriers. I again asked ChatGPT and it told me that 12mm is preferred because 6mm is prone to breaking once a contractor or someone go down to the crawlspace and when that happens it loses its purpose to control vapor. As a result I went with insulations labs and they spent a day putting it in. So far I haven't seen any issues and I believe they have done a good job from the pictures they sharedWe hired insulation lab to install insulation in our attic and crawl space. They did a very good job. They were on time, and they worked very clean. They made a tunnel from the entrance door to the attic entrance so dust didn't get into our house. I went to the attic to check their work after they were done and all the batts were placed properly ensuring they are covering all the corners. I got a quote from 5 companies and insulation lab gave me the cheapest quote. I highly recommend insulation lab.I was extremely impressed with the three person crew that came into my house. They immediately set up plastic all around the area that they will be utilizing from the front door to where my attic door was. They removed all of the old installation, sanitized and put up rodent proofing. They were amazingly quiet and efficient what they did left no dirt behind. They need to return after my electrician does the work that he needs to do in the attic so they can install the new install new and air sealing. I would recommend this crew installation labs to anyone looking to have done attic . I've already told my neighbors about how amazing they were.We had insulation labs remove our old paper insulation, clean the attic, put in R-38 batting as well as a radiant barrier. From the estimate to the installation itself this company was highly professional. They left my house remarkably clean after the install. I am very pleased with the work of Insulation Labs and would definitely recommend them.Great responsiveness and communications, thorough estimate, and excellent service cleaning attic and installing new insulation. The whole process from quotation to final product was flawless. I wasn't stressed. I definitely felt I was in the hands of pros and it all went smoothly. They cleaned everything up and voila! the job was done. So smooth. They had a day open earlier than our appointment so we jumped right in! They covered everything in their way and cleaned up beautifully. House feels less damp- which was one of our big problems! We have a 70 year old home with no insulation anywhere- and now we have it in our attic!! Life is Good !!Amazing work crew. Setup a protective barrier in the house from front door to attic to contain everything as they removed the all the dirty & ratty +20 yrs old insulation. Once the attic was all cleaned out, they put in all new fluffy pink insulation. So happy now! Since the front door was open most of the day as they worked the house temp got up to almost 90 without the air conditioning running so a little toasty for me but I can not complain as these guys worked in full on protective gear in triple digit attic temps. Cannot say say how appreciative and impressed I was by the work crew and the crew chief making sure the guys were taking breaks from the heat, getting water, etc. Total respect watching someone taking care of their people as well as getting the job done on time!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is BBB.
The owner **** was great to work with and his team did an excellent job! Re-insulated our attic and were very happy to have found Insulation Labs. Thanks Eran!In July 2024 I hired Insulation Labs to add more insulation to our attic. They showed up on time with a truck full of insulation, and a few hours later they had put all of it inside our attic. They did a good job up there. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. One thing that distinguished Insulation Labs from some other outfits is that they did not try to up-sell us with services we didnâ t need. They did it in 1 day. When they looked like they were falling behind, another team joined and helped finish it up on time.So grateful for Chad and his team. They made the process seamless and it was such a gamechanger. Booking everything was easy and painless. I wish I had done it sooner! We had a radiant barrier and new attic insulation installed. I got multiple quotes and the price was very competitive. They did a great job sealing off the attic space and cleaning out the old insulation., and did a wonderful job on the new install. They made sure everything was working when they were done and took before and after pictures so I could see their detailed work. I highly recommend.Such a great experience from start to finish. It took only a day for them to do the entire job. I absolutely recommend them. The Salesperson/Estimator was polite and professional. UPDATE 7/9/24: The crew did a great job prepping the path to the attic access, cleaning out the old insulation, and installing the new insulation. The temperature difference in my home was noticeably much more comfortable almost immediately. Would highly recommend. We had our attic insulation replaced by these professionals as well as some drywall repair and painting. All jobs were clean and proper, quick and to our satisfaction. Good communication and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Insulation Labs.recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook.

The house feels more comfortable now!We are very satisfied with your work that is very professional and rapid thank you so much!As a first experience you would think that what they’re saying is not true that they will do it for free, but then you find out that it is! when you contract with them they keep their word, they are on time, do a clean job and leave on time.
